Transparency and fairness are the bedrock of the NEVERLAB partnership. Our policies are designed to protect the brand we’ve built together and empower your business with clarity and confidence.
Below is an overview of our key partnership policies. Detailed terms are contained in the Franchise Agreement.
1. Commercial Model & Financial Framework
Investment Structure

Franchise Fee: A one-time fee payable upon signing the Agreement, granting the license to operate a NEVERLAB store.

Brand Development Fund: A monthly contribution (a percentage of gross sales) used for national and global marketing, brand campaigns, and ongoing innovation that drives customer traffic to all stores.

Initial Investment: Covers store build-out, fixtures, initial inventory deposit (for managed models), and opening supplies. A detailed estimate is provided during the planning phase.
Revenue Sharing & Fees

Partner Revenue Share: Partners earn a defined percentage of Gross Sales.

Royalty Fee: A weekly percentage of Gross Sales, covering the ongoing use of the NEVERLAB brand, operating system, and continuous support.

Transparent Reporting & Disbursement: Sales are tracked via our centralized POS. Your revenue share is calculated and disbursed electronically on a weekly basis, with clear statements provided via the Partner Portal.
Protected Territory

Exclusive Operating Area: You will be granted a protected territory (defined by specific trade areas or radius) where we will not operate or grant another franchise, subject to performance criteria.

Online Sales Clause: Provisions regarding the handling of online sales generated from within your territory.
2. Operational Model & Support Policies
The Full-Support Model

Operational Management: For partners electing the Full-Support model, NEVERLAB assumes responsibility for day-to-day store management, staffing, payroll, and inventory management.

Your Role: The partner’s focus is on local community relations, asset ownership (leasehold), and supporting the brand’s local presence, free from daily operational burdens.
Supply Chain & Inventory

Sole-Source Supply: All products, fixtures, and branded materials must be purchased through NEVERLAB or its approved suppliers to ensure quality, consistency, and brand integrity.

Inventory Management (Full-Support Model): NEVERLAB owns and manages all inventory. The partner provides a refundable Inventory Deposit. Stock levels are maintained and replenished by our central system.

Delivery & Logistics: We manage shipping to your store via our logistics partners, with clear service level agreements.
Training & Launch Support

Mandatory Training: Partners and their key personnel must complete the NEVERLAB Partner Academy training program prior to opening.

On-Site Launch Support: A dedicated launch team will be on-site for your grand opening to ensure a smooth start.

Ongoing Education: Access to continuous training modules, operational updates, and annual partner conferences is provided.
3. Brand Standards & Compliance
Store Design & Visual Identity

Approved Design Package: Stores must be built and maintained according to NEVERLAB’s current design specifications, layouts, and signage standards.

Maintenance: Partners are responsible for maintaining the store’s appearance in a first-class condition, consistent with brand image.
Marketing & Advertising

Brand Consistency: All local marketing and advertising must adhere to NEVERLAB’s brand guidelines and receive prior approval from the marketing department.

Co-op Advertising: Partners may be required to contribute to and participate in coordinated local marketing initiatives.

Digital Presence: Guidelines for local social media management and digital listings (Google My Business, etc.) are provided.
Customer Experience & Service

Service Standards: Stores must operate according to NEVERLAB’s prescribed customer service protocols to ensure a consistent, premium brand experience.

Quality Assurance: NEVERLAB conducts regular and/or surprise operational assessments to ensure compliance with brand and service standards.
4. Term, Renewal & Transfer
Agreement Term

The initial Franchise Agreement is granted for a term of 5 years for Standard Stores and 3 years for Flagship Stores, providing a substantial period to build and grow your business.
Renewal Rights

Provided the partner is in good standing and agrees to then-current terms and a potential store refresh, they may have the option to renew the agreement for subsequent terms.
Transfer & Sale

Policies governing the conditions under which a franchise may be transferred or sold to a third party, subject to NEVERLAB’s approval and the new owner meeting qualification standards.
